Before Buying
If you, as a Swedish private customer, make a purchase of more than 1000 SEK including VAT, we offer free shipping!
For orders under 1000 SEK including VAT, a shipping/handling fee of 150 SEK including VAT will apply.
Search by Car Make and Model in the Menu
Search through the car make and model in the menu until you find a product that matches your car model. We don’t have exhaust systems for all car makes and models. If you can’t find an exhaust system for your brand, model, and engine option, we likely don't have a system for your car.
Before Ordering
Before placing an order, make sure that all search criteria are correct. The car make, model designation, engine options, body type, and year model must match. There are also other factors that can be crucial for fit, such as four-wheel drive, rear spoilers/bumpers, etc. Carefully read through all the article’s criteria to ensure that the system fits your specific car.
If you’re unsure of your vehicle’s exact specifications, you can search for them using your registration number on websites like Car.info or similar sites.
The appropriate shipping method for a Swedish private customer is determined when we process the received order. Primarily, we use the carrier DHL within Sweden. You will then receive a notification via your mobile number and/or email with information from the carrier when it's time for delivery
Orders can only be placed by Swedish customers who have approved credit from Klarna and for delivery within Sweden. If you wish to have the delivery address outside of Sweden, we recommend that private individuals contact a retailer in the country where you want the delivery to be made
Simons sportsystem does not correspond to original spare parts because we design the exhaust systems with different pipe dimensions and geometry. Therefore, they do not fit as individual parts in an original system but are only suitable as complete kits for each car model. For this reason, we cannot use databases linked to registration numbers like those used for other spare parts. Instead, you will need to navigate via the car brand and model, or perform a direct search on our website using relevant keywords.
Sometimes, a referral to a reseller appears, and the item cannot be added to the cart or purchased through the webshop. The products available for direct purchase from us in the webshop can be added to the cart as long as they are in stock.
Our most common Simons products are available for purchase through most auto parts stores and specific retailers in Sweden.
We only guarantee compatibility with the other parts in the kit from Simons/Ray that the part is included in. Our parts typically do not fit with original or equivalent parts, as we design our exhaust systems from scratch for a sportier sound, etc. This usually means a different geometry and pipe dimensions compared to the original parts. If you want to be sure the exhaust system fits, it’s best to buy the entire kit. However, if you already have a Simons/Ray exhaust system on your car and want to replace a specific part that’s been damaged or compromised, or if you want just one part and plan to build the rest of the exhaust yourself, for example with the help of universal parts, it is of course perfectly fine to order!
After buying
It is our goal that a swedish consumer order is confirmed, packed, and shipped from us no later than the next business day after we approve an order, although exceptions may occur where it takes longer. During holidays and other days when our business is closed (for example, industrial vacations), we process and deliver orders only once we reopen. The actual shipping usually takes 1-3 business days with DHL, although we cannot guarantee a specific delivery time as it depends on factors that only the carrier can influence.
Once we have shipped an order, you, as the buyer, will receive ongoing transport and delivery time information from the chosen carrier.
Contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your purchase. The easiest way to do this is via phone at 0321-530930 or by direct mail to order@ray.se. Please have your order number and any other relevant information available.
You always have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. However, you must cover the return shipping costs yourself. A return form must be completed and included with the return; you can download it here: Returns and Complaints, or contact customer service at mail@ray.se, and we will assist you
If you want to exchange an item, please contact order@ray.se, and we will assist you further. Have your order information available when you contact us for quick processing.
We do not provide return shipping labels unless it concerns approved complaints, and in that case, after the issue has been handled through customer service.
You can read more about our terms for returns and complaints at the bottom of the website www.simons.se
Simons Exhaust Systems
We do not manufacture individual exhaust systems for car models that are not part of our current range. We are unable to assist with custom builds or modify existing exhaust systems in our range to different specifications than those we market. This is because our production is optimized for series manufacturing.
Please contact us if you are interested in series production of a system or parts that we do not offer in our range. The minimum order quantities for systems are typically 25 units/order and 50 units/order for mufflers and bent pipes.
Simons silencers and other mufflers manufactured by us at Ray are pressed together, which means they are not completely sealed at all seams. It is normal for condensate water, soot, or small amounts of gas to leak out through the seams, and this does not affect the system's function, performance, or durability. In production, we check each batch to ensure that leakage in the seams is within acceptable limits.
Rust spots can appear on stainless steel materials when the surface is contaminated by other materials. This is called "fly rust" and is commonly found in the environment under a car. However, this type of rust only forms on the surface and does not affect the function or durability of the products. Fly rust can often be easily polished away with Autosol or another polishing product.
Simon's Universal
When we specify a pipe diameter, it always refers to the outer diameter. Most of the pipes in our range have a wall thickness of 1.5mm, but in some cases, 2.0mm is used.
