Prices and What Is Included in the Price
The prices listed on www.simons.se include 25% Swedish VAT. You can also view prices excluding VAT if this option is selected in the main menu.
The prices apply solely to the purchase of products. Assembly and/or construction assistance is not included in the price. We do not offer assembly or construction assistance as additional services available for purchase. Shipping/handling costs of 150 SEK including VAT apply to orders under 1000 SEK including VAT.
Order for Swedish Consumers
Place your order directly in the online store or send an email with your order to order@ray.se. We do not accept phone orders from private individuals.
We also have many resellers of our products across the country, and a reseller list is available on www.simons.se. If a reseller does not have our items in stock, they can order them for you. When ordering through a reseller, their respective prices and terms and conditions apply.
When Does the Contract Become Binding for Swedish Consumers
When you place an order through the online store, you will receive a confirmation/order acknowledgment that the order has been sent to us. If you place your order via email, we will register your order and then confirm it via email. We review each order to ensure all details are correct, determine shipping and shipping methods, etc. If anything deviates from your placed order, we will contact you directly, and at that time, you will also have the opportunity to modify or cancel your order. The contract becomes binding when you receive payment information from Klarna (for online store purchases) or a final confirmation of your email order from us.
We aim to approve received orders by the next business day, but deviations may occur. During holidays such as Christmas, New Year's, Easter, and other public holidays, as well as during the summer industrial vacation, no orders received during closures are processed until we reopen. Information about when closures beyond regular opening hours and public holidays occur will be available on www.simons.se well in advance of and during the closure.
If, for any reason, we are unable to process the order, we will contact you by email to request additional information and/or inform you of the reason why the order cannot be completed.
Stock Status
Items in the online catalogue are presented with color-coded stock status. Green = in stock. Yellow = a few left in stock. Red = out of stock. It is not possible to pre-order items that are out of stock or add them to the cart in the online store. If you would like to know when an item might be restocked, please contact customer service at mail@ray.se.
We manufacture most of the products shown in the online catalogue ourselves and keep them in stock at the factory in Ljungsarp. We only sell stocked items in the online store and do not perform assembly of exhaust systems, custom builds of individual exhaust systems or exhaust parts, and we do not modify existing products. We reserve the right for stock errors and/or out-of-stock sales – this applies to all products.
Payment
For private individuals and deliveries within Sweden:
When placing an order through the online store, the payment options offered through the Klarna Checkout payment service are used.
When orders are placed via email, payment by cash on delivery is usually sent after the delivery has been made from our warehouse, but advance payment may also occur for larger order amounts.
Shipping Costs and Delivery
Delivery is only available within Sweden. If you order as a private individual for more than 1000 SEK including VAT, your order will always be free of shipping charges. For orders under 1000 SEK including VAT, a shipping fee of 150 SEK including VAT applies, regardless of the size or value of the order. The shipping cost is displayed in the checkout when ordering in the web shop.
We use DHL for delivery to private individuals but reserve the right to change the carrier. The appropriate shipping service is determined by Ray Metallfabrik AB. Depending on the order, different delivery methods may apply, such as delivery to a pickup point or home delivery. Normally, we register and pack/dispatch an order by the next business day, with the exception of longer handling times during peak seasons and holidays.
The average delivery time after the order is dispatched from the warehouse is 1-3 business days within Sweden, but we cannot guarantee delivery by a specific time. We disclaim any compensation for delays caused by the carrier or other parties beyond our control.
If shipping damage occurs to the products, or if you receive the wrong products, or if something is missing or there is an incorrect quantity in your delivery, please contact customer service as soon as possible at phone 0321-530930 or email mail@ray.se, and we will handle this as a complaint case. Right of Withdrawal and Return of Goods
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the ordered goods, provided the item is in new condition upon return. If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you, the customer, are responsible for the return shipping. Returns must be sent to us using a shipping service for businesses. We do not pick up packages from service points. A return form must be completed and attached to the package; feel free to include a reason for the return if you wish. Remember to send the return package in a way that allows it to be tracked and save the tracking number.
Complaints and/or Warranty Issues – Applies to Incorrect Shipments or Shipping Damage on Ordered Goods
If you wish to make a complaint or have a warranty issue, please contact customer service at order@ray.se or call 0321-530930. For more information on our warranties, visit www.simons.se.
We also ask you to contact customer service if you have received the wrong item, if something is wrong with the item, if you are missing or have received the wrong quantity of an item, or if something was damaged during transport – this will be handled as a warranty/complaint by Ray Metallfabrik AB.
Refund for Returns
- If you made your order via the web shop and Klarna Checkout, log into your Klarna account or use the Klarna app and click "Report Return" on the relevant invoice, followed by "I have returned my goods." This will pause the invoice to prevent it from expiring, and once we at Ray have processed the return, we will adjust your order for the items you returned, after which you will receive a confirmation from Klarna via email.

Warranty/Complaint
A 2-year general warranty applies to all products marketed through the web shop at www.simons.se, except for products classified as Outlet items. For Outlet items, only the Consumer Sales Act applies, meaning you have the right to return goods with manufacturing defects.
For exhaust systems marked "Top Quality" and "SS Quality," the warranty is extended to 5 years regarding rust-through or product breakage despite what is expected from normal use (see further details below). However, the extended warranty does not cover suspension components, gaskets, or clamps.
The extended warranty covers the functionality of the exhaust system and does not cover discoloration of surfaces or so-called "fly rust," which is corrosion that can occur from salt and various road particle deposits that can build up on stainless surfaces (fly rust can be removed through careful cleaning of the item).
The supplier's warranty does not cover defects caused by unforeseen working conditions or incorrect usage. Thus, the warranty does not cover issues caused by incorrect installation, modifications without the supplier's written consent, repairs incorrectly carried out by the customer, normal wear and tear, or deterioration. The warranty also applies only if the exhaust system products have been used on intended vehicles and engines in standard configurations (maximum 10% tuning). The warranty does not apply for use in racing. On sports exhaust systems, the sound level may change slightly after extended use, and Ray Metallfabrik AB disclaims any warranty for this.
For universal parts, the warranty covers only manufacturing and material defects. The warranty does not cover surface treatment under any circumstances.
The condition for a warranty claim is that a receipt/invoice with the purchase date can be presented. If you bought your product through a reseller, you should always contact your place of purchase first.
Parts that are replaced or modified by the supplier under warranty or with the supplier's written consent will have the same warranty as the original product.
Validity of Website and Product Information
The prices include 25% Swedish VAT. Prices and specifications/product information may change without prior notice. Images on www.simons.se are protected by copyright and may not be used for commercial purposes unless permitted by Ray Metallfabrik AB. Every effort has been made to avoid inaccuracies on the website www.simons.se and in the web shop's information. However, we cannot guarantee that all facts have come to our attention. We cannot guarantee that exhaust systems will fit cars with turbo engines, diesel engines, right-hand drive, odd body shapes (e.g., convertibles), or other special variants unless specifically stated in the product information. Variations may occur on directly imported vehicles, and we disclaim any fitting guarantee for systems intended for such vehicles.
We strive to keep all product information in the online catalogue up-to-date, but we reserve the right to correct any inaccuracies regarding product information or pricing errors on all products in the online catalogue and web shop.
Order Cancellation or Changes Due to Incorrect Order
If you wish to cancel or change your order before delivery has been made, please contact customer service immediately, and we will try to assist you with this, preferably via mail@ray.se or by calling 0321-530930. It is important that you contact us as soon as possible, so we do not ship your order from our warehouse.
