Freight and delivery for swedish end consumers

Deliveries are only available within Sweden. Web shop orders are only delivered to swedish adresses. If you order as a private individual for over 1000 SEK including VAT, your order will always be shipped free of charge. For orders under 1000 SEK including VAT, a flat shipping fee of 150 SEK including VAT will be applied, regardless of the size or order value. The shipping cost will be shown at checkout when ordering from the web store.

We use DHL for deliveries to private individuals, but we reserve the right to change the carrier. The appropriate shipping service is determined by Ray Metallfabrik AB. Depending on the nature of the order, different delivery methods may apply – either through a pickup point or home delivery. Normally, we register, pack, and ship orders by the next business day, with reservations for longer handling times during peak seasons and holidays. The average delivery time after the order is dispatched from the warehouse is 1-3 business days within Sweden, but we cannot guarantee delivery by a specific time. We disclaim responsibility for compensation due to delays caused by the carrier or another party, which are beyond our control.

If there are any shipping damages to the products, or if you feel that you have received incorrect products or if something is missing or the quantity is incorrect in your delivery, please contact customer service as soon as possible at tel. 0321-530930 or mail@ray.se, and we will then handle the issue as a complaint.
