Find sports exhaust systems for your car
We continuously work on the development of new exhaust systems. When creating new systems, we always make tests in our development department.
We begin by testing pipe dimensions and silencers to achieve the correct sound level and low backpressure. We measure backpressure and sound levels using standardized measurement methods, both at stand still and by-pass driving on a special test track.
Advanced measuring instruments are used, and all results are documented in a database. Even with our long experience in designing exhaust systems, it often requires 5-10 different tests on the car before we find a setup that we are satisfied with.
Once we have achieved the correct sound and backpressure, we develop the geometry of the exhaust system to ensure a perfect fit.
We use the latest technology in 3D scanning and 3D CAD to generate computer models of the systems, ensuring that the finished product fits the car without any issues. Once we have developed a system for a specific car model, the next step is to test and possibly adapt it for other similar models with different engines, body shapes, drivetrains, etc.
This often results in a complete family of parts that can be combined to fit various models.
Once all the parts are developed and approved, production data is created with fixtures, tools, programs, drawings, etc.
