Manufacturing

The factory is approximately 10,000 m², and we have all development, manufacturing, and storage under one roof. The facilities are designed to provide an efficient flow of products from raw material to finished product in the warehouse. Short communication channels between production, design, and the marketing department ensure quality throughout the entire process.

The raw materials consist of sheet metal and pipes in various dimensions and qualities, as well as sound-damping wool and assembly components. We purchase raw materials from several steel mills and suppliers across Europe and typically maintain a stock of 100,000 meters of pipe and 100 tons of sheet metal to ensure availability, the best prices, and quality.

Pipes and sheet metal are cut with lasers, providing high precision and great flexibility. The pipes are bent in CNC bending machines with small bending radiuses, without any wrinkles, which is crucial for optimizing flow and fit. After bending, the pipes are cut with saw or 3D laser, and the pipe ends are calibrated to ensure a perfect fit. The sheet metal is pressed, perforated, rolled and folded to create various components in the system.
